Hella Merrill received her M.A. in Psychology in 1990
with an emphasis in art as therapy. She has worked with children in many different art
settings using the art as problem solving, exploring individual creativity and supporting
their self-esteem.
She uses her own art to create handmade note cards.
The process of creating images is very healing. Her art has been exhibited at college and art galleries, museums
and gift stores and galleries throughout the United States and Japan. The note cards may
be found throughout the United States and Japan.
Card stock is 80lb, or more, best quality "cover" stock. All metals are
individually hand cut. Japanese handmade papers, and other papers used, are best quality.
